**_ The Role_**

Reporting directly to the CFO your busy day will be varied and challenging. Initially, you will trained in their systems as they are quite complex and the as you learn so the role will progress.

**_ Tasks & responsibilities_**
- Monitoring and managing company accounts inbox
- Accounts payable data entry
- Invoice data entry and invoice preparation analysis
- Review invoices and liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Administer various business registers
- Managing the procurement requirements of the business
- HR and payroll administration support
- General administration and business support

**_Key Critria_**
- Proven experience in accounts administration roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- MYOB or related accounting system experience
- It would be advantageous to have good knowledge of IT systems to add value to the role
