- 65k salary
- 5 day roster
- 2 years experiences in a head barista role
- Natural leader with strong communication skills, as well as friendly and welcoming personality with a passion for customer service
- Proven ability to train and mentor other barista staff, ensuring a high standard of coffee is being served consistently.
- Passion for coffee with extensive experience in espresso and filter coffee or willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure

**About Autumn Rooms**:
Opened in 2017, our first Autumn Rooms cafe on Newcastle’s busy Darby Street is spread across two levels, with two dog-friendly outdoor spaces. Serving a seasonal brunch menu with a focus on quality local produce, alongside speciality coffee, teas, smoothies, juices, classic brunch cocktails and natural wines.

Our second location, Autumn Rooms Coffee Bar, opened on a sunny corner in Stockton with outdoor seating in late 2021. Focused on great coffee with a simple seasonal food menu, featuring toasties, salads, muesli, pastries, smoothies, juices and teas.
