Food Distribution Supervisor

In this full time role, based at Epworth Freemasons (East Melbourne), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution of food across our **Epworth** **Freemasons site**, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will be part of the **Food Services** team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.

- Supervising and coordinating daily food distribution processes
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Managing a team of food service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Liaising with kitchen and hospital staff to ensure the timely delivery of meals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to food distribution

You are an experienced confident supervisor, with well-developed interpersonal skills. You are a born leader with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You have a can-do attitude, and adaptable to all situations. You also have a high work ethic to deliver exceptional service.

You will have:

- Business Management Diploma (preference in Hospitality Management)
- More than 5 years’ experience as a supervisor in a hospital or aged care operation
- Experience leading team of more than 8 staff per shift
- Experience and knowledge of Food Safety compliance
- Experience in process improvement within food services
