**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to managers on the appointment of new employees, ensuring all onboarding and induction processes are completed for a successful commencement.
- Coordinate employees 3 and 6 months reviews, escalating performance concerns to the Employee Relations Manager prior to the completion of employee probation.
- Manage and maintain company immigration, employee working right and company sponsorship as required.
- Provide initial level of guidance to employees and manager for queries related to employee and industrial relations and internal Human Resources Policies.Support the People and Culture team with initiatives related to training and development, corporate social responsibility and process improvements.
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Human Resource administration and knowledge of recruitment, and or experience in a similar role.
- High level of attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- A proactive, professional with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people.
- High personal integrity with an understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, including high level reporting skills.Flexibility and ability to be successful in a dynamic environment.
