**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the HSQE Management System across the Group
- Coordinate and maintain accurate HSQE records, training certificates, and inspection reports
- Assist with the preparation and review of HSEQ documentation, including project management plans and Safe Operating Procedures
- Organise and facilitate WHS training, maintain the national training matrix, and verify employee competencies
- Conduct internal audits and support compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice
- Provide on-site HSQE support to operational teams across permanent and temporary sites
- Deliver training in systems such as Skytrust to managers and staff as needed
- Monitor and update safety noticeboards and communicate relevant HSQE information to teams
- Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions where requiredWork collaboratively with managers and supervisors to embed HSQE into daily operations and foster a strong safety culture

**Skills and Experience**
- Formal qualifications in WHS or currently working towards
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HSQE role, preferably within construction or manufacturing
- Construction Industry White Card (required)
- Applied First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and compliance requirements
- Confident in coordinating training and maintaining training records and systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and electronic HSQE systems (e.g., Skytrust)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyCurrent driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed
