**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions across departments.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth process with timely communication.
- Assist with job offers, pre-employment screening, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency.Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to promote the Ahrens brand.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
