Test Manager

**The Opportunity**

As Test Manager you will be responsible for managing testing resources, deliverables, and capabilities across the various project portfolio streams. With a focus on project delivery, the Test Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the Test Team's strategic goals to maximise testing efficiencies through automation or tooling whilst assist with promoting quality assurance practices across all phases of the SDLC.

To be successful, you must be able to work to deadline, adapt to changing priorities in a busy IT services environment as well as prioritise and manage personal workloads whilst achieving Greenstone objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a Test Manager role within the Finance/Insurance industry
- Excellent communicator with the ability to understand others perspective and use compelling argumentation to convey conclusions or ideas
- Hands on people management and performance coaching with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to resource capacity planning and allocations
- Waterfall or Agile methodologies with sound stakeholder engagement capability
- Prepared to support onshore and offshore test teams after hours where required
- Demonstrated experience liaising with commercial experts and partners to identify more efficient outcomes, balancing costs, quality, and turnaround times
- Develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, challenging existing practices to become more effective
- Test Automation frameworks and best practices e.g. Selenium, TestComplete, ReadyAPI
- Azure DevOps i.e. Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts
- Passion to learn new technology skills, and seek feedback for continuous improvement

**Desirable**
- IT related tertiary qualifications
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certifications
- ISTQB Certifications
- Performance and Load testing experience
- Experience mentoring peers on Automation Testing practices
