Emeco Group (ASX: EHL) was founded in 1972 and is a world leader in maximising the performance of heavy earthmoving equipment. It has operations in all key mining regions of Australia and its customers include mining companies and contractors across coal, gold, copper, bauxite and iron ore.

We're on the hunt for a ERP Test Manager to join our growing IT team. We are looking for someone who has strong analytical understanding capable of developing and owing a test management strategy.

The Role:

- Develop the overall test strategy for the program, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee both manual and automated testing resources, coordinating with business analyst, systems integrator and key project resources.
- Manage and coordinate testing activities across various program streams, including security, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Implement test processes, methodologies, and automation practices, to support the test strategy.
- Provide comprehensive reports on test execution and defect resolution and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

Your Credentials:

- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (desirable).
- Experience with test management and quality assurance
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent process management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with individuals at all organisational levels
- Good understanding of corporate finance
