**Position Overview**:
Modern Medicine is seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our patients while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet patients and visitors, making them feel at ease.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using our medical software.
- Process payments and assist with invoicing.
- Support medical staff with daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area reflects the clean.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical or reception role is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with medical practice software or a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive, friendly, and empathetic approach.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
