Medical Office Coordinator

The role of a Medical Receptionist is to provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic, greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
You will also be responsible for managing appointments, scheduling, and patient records, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and processing medical reports, handling confidential information, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Front of house reception and greet patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
- Customer Service and Support
