**Position Summary**:
The Channel Programs Coordinator supports the APAC Marketing team by coordinating Channel Programs (e.g., Pax8 run events such as Bootcamps/Mission Briefings/Launch Briefings/virtual webinars/live talk and Pax8 sponsored events). They assist the APAC Marketing team with overall execution of both in person and virtual events.

This position is based in Brisbane, AU.

**Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to)**:

- Assist the APAC Marketing team with planning, producing, attending, and executing all Pax8 event logistics including maintaining shared company calendar and inbox, coordinating travel details for participants, and backend support for both in person and virtual events.
- Work closely with Channel team to assure all team/partner incentives are distributed in timely manner.
- Provide input to create, adjust, and refine best practice for the APAC Marketing team.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including internal Pax8 team members, partners, vendors, and industry partner association groups.
- Travel to Channel Programs and/or Events as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and Channel Program recaps.

**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:

- At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant marketing experience: event production/planning, process-oriented experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Sales Force, and project management tools preferred
- A self-motivated, strategic and creative thinker with a drive for executional excellence.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and cross-functional organisation.
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate demands of events, and travel as needed.
