Position Summary
We are currently looking for a dynamic Compliance Officer to join our Product Compliance and SQA team.
The person in this position is responsible for packaging and submitting various products (software and hardware) for regulatory approval, status tracking, cost tracking and ensuring approved item versions are available for deployment as per approval documentation. This person will also be responsible for maintaining technical requirements documentation for drafts and releases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generating submission documentation as per jurisdictional requirements using information from product teams. Collating with software provided by R&D to submit for external evaluation and regulatory approval.
- Maintaining product submission/approval status on company database. Ensuring information is up to date for intended audiences. Also includes generating periodic status reports.
- Tracking submission progress with external test labs through status meetings.
- Assist with maintenance of technical requirements registry. Collate feedback from R&D on draft requirements for response to regulator.
- Provide assistance for other secondary product submissions for regulatory approval.
- Maintenance and improvement of administration procedures and practices
- Works closely with all departments and stakeholders to provide input and oversight regarding identified product field issues, to include regulator communications, assistance in creating and distributing appropriate regulatory notifications and tracking through to resolution.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and communication channels with regulatory authorities/testing agencies.
- Builds strong product knowledge and requirements knowledge, to help forge world class relationships with regulatory/testing agency staff.
- Takes an active role in the preparation of product submissions as well as any high-priority projects, as required.
- Researches, manages, and assists in the resolution of issues or discrepancies that the regulatory/testing agencies encounter during the submission/testing process.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-developed customer service skills
Experience, Education and Qualification:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience
- Minimum three years’ experience working in administration
- Preferred: minimum three years gaming industry experience
