We have an opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading construction company on a short term contract. The position is based in the head office just outside Perth CBD, and will see you working full time on a variety of commercial construction projects across the Perth Metro area.

This is a short term contract covering a period of leave and would be ideal for someone looking to fill a gap between projects and gain some hands on experience with a leading construction company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Revise and register all documentation within required timeframe
- Manage and store documentation to expected quality standards
- Deliver project documentation to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and record document control flow of all stakeholders
- Be the focal point for queries regarding documents
- Liaise with external stakeholders where required
- Coordinate vendor documentation, engineering deliverables, drawing control and transmittals

Essential criteria:

- Competency with Aconex
- Previous document control experience in the construction space, ideally on commercial construction projects
- Previous experience with document management systems
- Knowledge of record management systems (specifications and standards)
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and work on different project simulations
