Boddington is one of Australia’s largest gold mines; the world’s first open pit Gold Mine to successfully implement Autonomous Haulage, and the first deep pit globally to achieve productive autonomous haulage.Boddington’s AHS team manages the fleet of 793F Autonomous trucks from a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, fully equipped control room using the latest CAT MineStar Fleet system. As a result of internal promotions within the team we are seeking experienced Mine Controller / Builders who are eager to advance their careers and be part of a forward-thinking, innovative and inclusive team.

Your previous experience in an AHS Mine Controller / Builder position using Caterpillar MineStar Command for Hauling (CfH) Fleet Management System is essential.You will be a capable multitasker able to operate in a methodical and effective manner in an environment of evolving priorities. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, together with an ability to collaborate will be essential for your success in this position.You will be outcomes focused to ensure operational objectives are achieved in a safe and efficient manner and will demonstrate a high degree of personal commitment regarding Safety, Environmental and Social Responsibility practices. Working an equal time, 7 days on, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off roster is now the time to make the move and have roster certainty and every second weekend at home? The Benefits
