**About the role and where you will be working**:
The HR Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Chief People Learning & Culture Officer through the planning and delivery of key projects.

This is a 6 month fixed term position located in our central office in Rivervale and offers a flexible working environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Identifies and actions opportunities for business improvement and the reduction of waste.
- Develop a plan that captures all the key activities within the People Learning & Culture team with appropriate milestones.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are delivered and any barriers worked through and resolved in a sustainable way.
- Facilitate workshops to document and improve processes.
- Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders to successfully navigate, communicate and implement changes.

- Abilty to work through challenges and barriers to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solving skills with a high level of inititaive to come up with realistic and pragmatic solutions.
