**Housekeeping/Cleaner and a Maintenance/Handyman**

Our client manages a larger and highly prestigious private estate and is currently seeking a professional couple to join their house team.

**The position is sponsored, and accommodation is provided.**
- **Position**: Housekeeping/Cleaner & Maintenance/Handyman Couple
- **Location**: Melbourne, Victoria
- **Type**: Full-time, Live-in
- **Experience**: Previous work experience within private estates required

**Housekeeping/Cleaner Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning and organisation tasks throughout the estate
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handle laundry duties including washing, ironing, and folding
- Care for delicate surfaces and valuable items with attention to detail
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless operation of household tasks

**Maintenance/Handyman Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to upkeep the estate's grounds and facilities
- Perform repairs on household equipment, appliances, and fixtures
- Monitor and maintain security systems
- Manage outdoor areas including gardens, swimming pool, and outdoor structures
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the estate manager

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a similar capacity within private estates
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
