**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, Resorts this role will support a significant portfolio of accommodation businesses, that cater to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities include:

- Support properties to ensure manning is controlled to budget and meets the demand of the business
- Establish a regular rhythm to coach and train staff in efficient rostering patterns
- Support the creation and delivery of the food and beverage menus - their content, quality and fit for property
- Take a hands on approach to staff coaching, assist staff to achieve goals, both quality and commercial
- Work with the properties to ensure a commercial approach, including cost-of-goods, revenue generation and inventory control across all outlets
- Direct properties to make use of reporting, and other analytics to produce better business outcomes and focus on the front-end of the business
- Drive and support the delivering of special projects

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience leading multi-site operations and remote teams ideally within the tourism/hospitality. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values and will help you champion change and continuous improvement across our resort properties.

Skills and Attributes:

- Commercially minded with experience in Tourism, Food & Beverage and Experience highly desirable
- Multi-site operations experience in hospitality, tourism, retail operations or similar commercial fields. Currently a General Manager, Operations, Area Manager or similar
- Commercial and highly results orientated using financials, analytics and trends to prioritise focus to positively impact P&L outcomes across a range of assets
- A record of success founded on attracting and developing top talent and a commitment to quality outcomes
