Located in the heart of the Flinders Ranges, **Wilpena Pound Resort **is the perfect base to explore this vast and spectacular ancient outback landscape. Accommodation options for guests include glamping tents, resort-style rooms and a large campground with powered and unpowered sites.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Processing guest check-ins and outs
- Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
- In the Visitor Centre provide guests with information regarding the property, tours and local areas of interest
- Completing the day-to-day office administration
- Assist in operational teams such as housekeeping, F&B and retail as required
- Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

**What we look for**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work across housekeeping, F&B and retail as required
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Current drivers licence essential
