Experienced Accounts Payable Officer required for a position in a fast growing, Not for Profit organisation.

**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established company, located in the inner Northern Suburbs, close to the CBD. The business is a government owned Not for Profit entity that supply Health Services to a variety of sectors. The business is currently undertaking a significant expansion of their services which has led to the creation of this role.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this role will be one of two Accounts Payable Officers. The role is temporary role, initially for 6 months. There is a good chance this role will turn into a permanent position in the future. The business offers good working from home flexibility with 2 days WFH each week.

Your key duties will include:

- Processing invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Employee expenses
- Supplier queries
- Employee expenses
- Month end support

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable function. It's a fun & relaxed office environment so someone who has a great attitude / friendly demeanour would fit well. This role is to start straight away, so you will be available to start at short notice.

You will also possess;

- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
- A desire to learn with a proactive approach
