
Social Media and Influencer Manager

An exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Bayer We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking individual to join us as our new Social Media Manager. Reporting directly to the Digital Acceleration Manager, this role will be responsible for managing 3 key areas of social media: influencer strategy and management, social media performance and community management, and digital content creation.

As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brands in the social space and other engagement platforms. You will work closely with our agency to manage influencers, content and topics to engage followers, while ensuring that all Pharmacovigilance requirements are followed. You will provide influencers with creative guidelines to maximize performance across multiple social platforms and align with our ecommerce team to ensure that social media activities with retailers are in-sync with our brand plans.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Working closely with our Media Manager to provide Bayer with one-single view on all media investment and performance in the market.
- Using research and data, as well as your knowledge of content trends, and latest consumer online behaviors, to make content recommendations to the brand teams to produce the most impactful and engaging content for our brands.
- Managing content calendars, content posting, and social community management.
- Lead crisis/risk management processes for all social media and select ecommerce platforms based on company guidelines and policies around event reporting. Liaise with our creative and media agencies on all things social, ensuring that our brand identities are reflected in social content and scheduling is in sync with media plans.
Your role will be critical in driving the overall communication objectives of the company and ensuring that our digital content is in sync with our brand communications. You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with key stakeholders such as brand managers, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure social best practices are followed.

- Have the project management skills and attention to detail to manage crises and risks while being able to strike the perfect balance between producing content designed to inspire and educate our consumers through both branded and unbranded content.
