We are seeking experienced mental health Disability support workers to work with clients in SIL house. You will be working with clients diagnosed with a mental health disability. The clients are 24/7 care with rotating shifts.

Most of our clients are female and require female workers, so preference will be given to female workers in this case. However, we have clients who are open to all workers and will keep your resume on file for other opportunities as they become available.

**Experience working in a similar role is essential.**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Build strong & trusting relationship with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Implement personalized Support plans and assist individuals to achieve their goals.
- Provide comprehensive care to clients, as per their needs. This includes assistance with Daily living tasks, household management, community access and travel to appointments.
- Administering medications
- Social support (companionship)
- Maintain thorough documentation of clients progress and any changes to their overall wellbeing.

**What you will need or willing to obtain**:

- Cert III or IV in Individual Support/ Disability or other relevant qualification
- Valid Australian Driver's license
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of completion
- Medication Administration certificate
- Proof of your right to work in Australia
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable to individual client needs.

**Salary**: $37.00 - $67.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
