Our network of Gyprock Trade Centres (GTC) service and distribute these products to builders, plasterers, and contractors as well as DIY customers and we are expanding
THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Gyprock Trade Centre Area Manager to provide leadership and support to our GTC Stores.
The main purpose of this role will be to grow the capability of stores in your area, some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Lead, coach and develop team to full potential
- Support & Drive the Retail Trade Excellence Program
- Drive sales and customer service improvement programs
- Lead and demonstrate a Safety Mindset
- Effectively implement promotions and sales initiatives
- Closely manage and control budgets, scorecard management and financial KPI's
- Deliver improvements in the provision of products/services to customers
- Performance/business plan development and management for the individual branches

THE PERSON
This is a fantastic opportunity to steer your career into a much larger role within CSR we are ideally looking for someone who is a self-motivated leader who has a passion for people. You will either need to be currently managing an existing store looking to take the next step or have recent experience in a similar position. Above all else, an in depth understanding of how to create excellent customer experience and sales will see you excel in this role
