**About Us**

Our mission: bring practical, industry‑aligned skills directly to local workshops and mechanics’ doorsteps.

**What You’ll Do**
- Recruit local mechanics & automotive pros to take part in short courses
- Travel across Victoria—dropping into workshops, building connections, and organizing seminars
- Run info sessions & on-site presentations at automotive businesses
- Follow up leads via phone and on-site visits to drive enrollment
- Build relationships with companies and industry contacts

**What We’re Looking For**
- Must have a previous experience of working in the RTO industry
- Familiarity with the automotive industry (bonus)
- Outgoing communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who can travel and manage their own schedule
- Passionate about vocational education and workforce growth
- Comfortable coordinating events & delivering presentations

**Role Details**
- **Start date**: ASAP
- **Travel**: Across Melbourne and Victoria—frequent visits to workshops and events
- **Activities**: Planning seminars, recruitment calls, onsite visits, relationship-building

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
