PHE is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in administration

**THE ROLE**:
As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will support the team with essential tasks, including:

- Raising Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders as needed.
- Handling Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, training management, filing, and maintaining documentation to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Adhoc duties.
- General Office Duties: Assist with various office and reception tasks as required such as answering and directing phone calls and maintaining office supplies.

- ** Basic Technical Skills**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). No prior experience is required.
