Reporting to the Residential Manager of the Blakeney lodge, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of specialised activity programs and social activities to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents. You will understand the importance of respect, trust and empathy and have the skills to empower Residents to make choices and decisions to help them live their best life.

**Monday to Friday - 0800-1600 - 75 hrs per fortnight**

Using your highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, you will provide a variety of administrative support services.
- To be successful for the role you will have:_
- Ability to engage with residents and staff effectively
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Previous experience working within an aged care - advantage
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and able to complete documentation and reports
- Be highly organised
- Empathy for the elderly and disabled
- Able to provide proof of Covid19 Immunisation
