Maintenance & Operations Administrator (2:1 Roster)

A local infrastructure services contractor supporting a major project is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Operations Administrator to support the site operations team.

This is a site-based role in the Snowy Mountains, operating on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster. The position is best suited to an organised and reliable administrator who enjoys coordinating information, supporting field teams, and keeping systems and records up to date.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities
  • Raising and tracking work orders and parts requirements
  • Liaising with site-based technicians, suppliers and internal contacts
  • Maintaining maintenance records, job documentation and asset registers
  • Updating and managing information in a CMMS
  • Preparing basic maintenance and operational reports
  • Using Excel to track data, logs and reporting information
  • Providing general administrative support to site operations

About you

  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel and computer-based systems
  • Comfortable working in a site-based or operational environment
  • Experience in maintenance, fleet, trades or construction environments desirable
  • Exposure to health and safety systems or site HSE requirements would be an advantage
