**About the role**:
United Chemists North Lakes now has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join us on a Part Time basis. Reporting to the Retail Manager this role is responsible for assisting the Front of the Shop and for the provision of exceptional customer care that develops positive relationships with our customers. Ideally, you have had previous experience working in a Pharmacy and/or Retail environment and hold a Certificate 2 in Community Pharmacy, have a good understanding of POS systems and operational procedures. You possess strong communication skills; have a keen eye for detail and a work ethic that will see you stand out among others.

Leading into Christmas we are looking for a hardworking and motivated staff member to assist with weekends and nights on a fixed roster. You will be responsible for:

- Providing an exceptional shopping experience at every interaction.
- Finalise sales and wish a warm return at registers.
- Gain and maintain product knowledge to assist customers to make the correct purchase for their needs.
- Acknowledge customers at every opportunity.
- Promptly attend to customers expressed and unexpressed needs.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous pharmacy or retail experience - highly regarded
- Certificate 2 in Community Pharmacy - ideal
- s2s3 - ideal
- Excellent customer service
- Availability and flexibility to cover shifts
- Strong communication skills between all stakeholders
- Dedicated work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Eye for detail and accuracy
