You will be responsible for facilitating education to our clients on our exciting and premium brand with a major focus on colour education. You will work closely with the Sales team to identify education opportunities through existing and new clients. No two days are the same - this role is interactive, fun and rewarding.
**Deliverables & Responsibilities**
- Provides in field education to existing and new clients on our premium brand / product
- Facilitates group education and one on one training with salon partners
- Performs colour demonstrations followed by installation programs for new clients
- Demonstrates experience in a similar role with responsibility for managing training and education
- Possesses strong experience in all facets of hairdressing, including exemplary colour knowledge and skills
- A genuine passion for working with people to educate and share knowledge
- An effective communicator with a passion for educating and sharing knowledge
- Is highly motivated and with the ability to manage multiple priorities at any one time
- Holds Hairdressing qualifications, with at least 10 years' experience in the industry
**Skills and Experience required**
- Strong hairdressing experience
- Strong technical education experience in Hair Colour range
- A genuine passion for educating and sharing knowledge
- An effective communicator with proficient presentation and technical skills
- A highly motivated individual who enjoys working towards KPI’s and shared team goals.
- Flexible and adaptable in approach
- Strong organisational and time management, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times
- Demonstrated experience in training, education and technical ability
- Well-presented and approachable
- Proven experience in the use of Microsoft programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
