**Your success in this role, will be in your ability to**
- To be committed to provide clinical leadership in relation to the mainstreaming of eating disorder management and treatment across North Western Mental Health (NWMH).
- To provide evidence based treatment for people experiencing eating disorders and their families.
- To be be committed to sharing their knowledge with their colleagues.
- To be knowledgeable of the emerging and existing evidence base for the treatment of eating disorders.

**Your contribution**:

- Knowledge and experience (or a commitment to learn) of evidence based treatment of eating disorders
- Experience across mental health services, working with a range of professional teams and services.
- Knowledge and commitment to improvement of people’s health and wellbeing, with a recovery oriented and consumer and carer informed practice.
- Ability to develop and implement education and training for a mental health workforce.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships and communicate effectively with service leaders, clinicians, consumers, families/carers, colleagues and other service providers.
- The ability to flexibly manage variable caseloads and strong organisation and time management skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm in working in mental health services.
