HAYS Chermside are proud to partner with a medical manufacturing and distribution company conveniently located in the outer suburbs of Brisbane. Due to an influx of work, this small and close-knit team are looking for a personable and professional administrator to assist with all aspects of office and client support.
**Your new role**
As the administrator for the business, your duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Handling a high volume inbox
- Entering and processing client sales orders
- Running reports
- Preparing and sending invoices/quotes to clients
- Data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service both written and verbal
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Additional administration support as required e.g. photocopying, filing, scanning
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this position, we expect applicants to come with the following skills and experience;
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience working within an administration and client service position
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Available to start IMMEDIATELY with an open mind to potential on-going temporary work
- Exceptional customer service skills
- This organisation uses a DOS based system - no experience necessary but willingness to learn and navigate

Hours are 5 days per week 9 till 2.30 pm or Monday, Wednesday and Friday full time hours.
