We’re seeking a hardworking, self-driven and experienced Animals Team member to assist our Animals Manager with various tasks on our beautiful Certified Organic, regenerative farm.

This role supports the Animals Team to carry out daily tasks, maintenance and general farm duties. The daily tasks include (but are not limited to); meat transportation, running our weekly market stalls at two locations, egg collection, grading, sorting and packing and maintaining animal infrastructures.

We are looking for an individual with a proactive and helpful mindset, capable of multitasking and addressing urgent matters with enthusiasm.

As this position manages the collection of meat from the abattoir, weekly evening work is required.

To be successful in this position you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this field, operating farm machinery and large vehicles at night on rural roads. You must also possess strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English as well as a desire to care for the environment, including animals and people.

**You will have**
- Current Drivers licence valid in NSW
- Minimum of 2 years experience in animal management and/or farm maintenance roles
- Must be available to work over the holiday period (excluding public holidays)
- Experience in sales and working at a farmers market stall highly preferred
- Must have experience operating farm vehicles, equipment and tools
- Must be comfortable to drive large vehicles at night on rural roads
- Knowledge of organic farming systems desired including water and irrigation systems
- Must be fit and healthy with the ability to lift 35kg consistently
- Must be flexible as some hours may be worked between 12pm - 9pm
- Familiarity of regenerative agriculture practices desired
- Conscious communication skills and a self-driven desire to create a positive impact in the world
