Join our friendly team located in Dulwich Hill ready to welcome and train our next receptionist to be our first point of contact in our agency. You will be supported by a wonderful team. Trust us, this is a team you want to be a part of
The Role:
- Greeting clients and assisting general enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and presentable front of house
- Answering phone calls and directing to relevant staff members
- Daily banking and mail runs
- Providing keys for clients or trades as required
- Creating new files
- Data entry for new landlords or tenants
- Receipting rent payments
- Ad Hoc administration including filing, photocopying or printing

Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: $41,274.60 - $71,478.01 per year
Schedule:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
