What your typical day will look like:
Other responsibilities include:

- Working across a variety of internal communication channels supporting the delivery of high impact communication campaigns to drive employee engagement and instilling pride in the dentsu brand
- Assist with promoting and coordinating business events along with briefing content for key speakers
- Coordinate our monthly newsletter and eDMs to the entire business, including drafting engaging copy and hunting out stories from across the business.
- Collaborating with the ANZ People team and DE&I committee to communicate key initiatives such as policy changes, benefits, employee value propositions, awareness days and more
- Support the Head of Communications and Senior Communications manager with developing various communication materials to drive our strategy.

A bit about you:

- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Internal, external communications or Public Relations
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, along with Salesforce and EDM tools such as Campaign Monitor and Populo are a nice to have
- A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field
