Piano Teacher

We are **URGENTLY HIRING** in Blacktown.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach students using our interactive _'The ONE Smart Piano' program._
- _Can teach students AMEB _content (Australian Music Examination Board)
- Instruct students on music theory, technique, and performance skills.
- Teach music reading and sight-reading skills.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and constructive criticism.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and lesson plans.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Music Certification _(Grade 5 - Piano minimum)_
- Possess friendly manner, enjoy working with children and confidently liaising with parents
- Classroom management skills. _Can manage group lessons (up to 4)_
- Responsible, punctual and committed to assigned task
- Willingness to work flexible hours _(especially Fridays & Saturdays)_
- Working with Children Check

**Class Time**:

- Weekends SAT 9AM-5PM
- Weekdays After School Hours

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
