About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our close-knit team in the Eastern suburbs. You will manage a medium-sized residential portfolio, gaining exposure to all aspects of property management—from leasing and inspections to maintenance and client relations.

What you'll bring:

  • Property Management license and current experience in the industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
  • Team-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Familiarity with property software such as Property Tree, Inspection Manager, or Inspect Real Estate
  • Working knowledge of South Australian Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation
What you'll do:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and trusted trades.
  • Manage a portfolio with care, ensuring properties are well looked after and clients feel supported.
  • Conducting inspections, reviewing applications, maintenance, and more — every day is different and rewarding.
  • Enjoy variety with a balance of in-office time and out-and-about property inspections.
