**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will lead the Maintenance team to ensure that services provided to our valued residents and staff are delivered safely, with exceptional quality, and with a positive attitude.
We are seeking a motivated individual who can champion continuous improvement, ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, and support the ongoing development of the Maintenance team.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Oversees and triages work requests.
- Conducts regular audits and reporting on routine maintenance and servicing required under legislation.
- Looks for efficiencies and ways to improve maintenance services.
- Coordinates emergency / after hours maintenance requirements.
- Leads and manages the Maintenance team including performance and development.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team (essential).
- Trade qualification (highly desirable).
- High level of leadership, problem solving skills and eye for detail.
- Confident in the use of various software packages and mobile devices.
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal.
- National Police Clearance.
- Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable).
