HR Business Partner

WSP Sydney is looking for HR Business Partners nationally to become trusted advisers within our People team. Join our dynamic team of **#Changemakers **who consult, advise, guide and influence for the best people outcomes possible.

**Hybrid working - Office and home**

Work directly with our people and our people leaders to achieve outcomes that support our strategy. A snapshot of some of those activities are:

- Partner with the business in people, culture and change management related activities
- Ensure a consistently high standard of delivery for people related activities
- Provide technical advice, guidance and support to management regarding employee / industrial relations issues
- Partner with the business leaders in the implementation of key projects and strategic initiatives
- Provide support to employees throughout the employee life-cycle
- Collaborate with HR Business Partnering team to support peaks and troughs of work across the business
- Collaborate with People team to support the focus on attracting, retaining and development of top talent
- Compile and analyse data and HR trends
- And all the other things in between...

**YOU?**

Looking for solid HRBP background, experience in performance management, change management, working with senior and mid-level manager/stakeholders, management of HR life cycle, e.g. retention, performance, employee engagement. We’d like a colleague with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, who can manage and influence senior leaders as required. Ideally you hold a formal HR Qualification and you understand how to connect with other parts of our team, through our well-established COEs. You have ideally been honing your craft in the corporate sector, professional service experience will be highly regarded, but the ability to connect with a highly technical workforce will be equally important. You will have the ability to analyse data, interpret patterns and identify actions and have the confidence to take those forward. We’d like to invite in a team player who loves to collaborate, share ideas and getting great wins for our team. We are looking for an individual driven by quality in their approach, who is empathetic in style and who seeks a best for business outcome.
