The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Functions & Events Manager to manage and deliver exceptional client and guest experiences at some of Sydney’s most stunning venues and exclusive events. Some of our venues include Art Gallery of NSW including its newest addition Sydney Modern Project, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Walsh Bay Precinct.

Reporting to the Senior Service Manager, you will use your leadership and organisational skills to ensure seamless delivery of events on a daily basis ranging from lunches through to sit down formal dinners and high-end cocktail parties whilst ensuring service standards are continuously maintained.

- Salary from $70,000 to $80,000 plus super per year depending on experience

**The Role**
- Deliver exceptional client and guest experiences across a diverse range of events
- Opportunity to work at different venues. No two days will be the same
- Oversee events from set up, through to sequence of service, to pack down
- Lead & manage a team of experienced waiters and bartenders
- Work on a 5 day working week between Monday and Sunday
- Work closely with clients and culinary team throughout events

**About You**
- 1-2 year experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, training experience is highly regarded
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Organised with good time management and administrative skills
- Flexibility to work at different hours throughout a 5 day working week.
- Valid RSA
- Fulltime Australian working rights
