Overview:
- The Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing high level and expert consultancy services to Digital Health’s senior management team, project managers and staff across all areas of human resource management, workforce development and employee relations. Acting as a business partner, the role provides advice, makes recommendations and collaborates with managers to plan workforce requirements, ensuring programs are efficiently resourced through the identification, assessment and acquisition of capabilities and resources aligned with business needs.
- The Resource Coordinator provides high-quality, consistent and timely guidance and consultancy on a range of HR matters and activities including recruitment, selection and induction; remuneration and benefits; training and development; workforce planning; performance management; work health and safety; and employee relations. The role will work in partnership with designated groups to resolve complex and sensitive operational HR issues and actively influence the direction of HR practices and processes by identifying emerging trends and potential risks, researching, assessing and responding to policy issues.
