**Midland Toyota** is looking for a passionate and experienced **Automotive Technician** with excellent diagnostic abilities and a strong desire to learn and grow. Join our expanding team as we continue to build our reputation in the industry

**Role**:
**At Midland Toyota Service, you'll experience a dynamic work environment where each day brings new opportunities for learning and growth. Our workshop specialises in Toyota vehicles, and we also serve a loyal clientele from various other franchises. This means you'll face exciting challenges and enjoy a diverse range of tasks throughout your day. You'll have the chance to learn things that you won't find elsewhere.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Diagnosing vehicles of varying difficulty levels
- Conducting thorough safety inspections
- Identifying and reporting additional recommended work
- Performing services and repairs to the highest standards
- Utilising Genuine Toyota diagnosis equipment, software, and processes
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices to become skilled technicians
- Developing and adapting your skills to match the changing technical landscape

**You should have**:
- Strong mechanical servicing, reporting, and repair skills
- Previous knowledge of Toyota vehicles and diesel engines is ideal
- Excellent abilities in mechanical and electrical diagnostics
- A valid C Class Driver's Licence
- A Trade Certificate as a Light Vehicle Automotive Technician
- The ability to work independently to high standards
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team to achieve workplace goals
