**Are you passionate about cars and providing exceptional customer service?**

**Midland Carco** are seeking a customer focused **Automotive Service Advisor** for an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Service Department. Our service department at our **Carco**site is growing and now includes Midland Mitsubishi, Suzuki GWM as well as Midland City Nissan and Isuzu UTE.

**The Role**:

- Warmly greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Build lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Schedule service appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate repair estimates and timelines.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Promote additional services and accessories to enhance vehicle ownership.
- Offer advice on service packages, warranties, and upgrades to boost sales.
- Complete all required documentation, including work orders and invoices, accurately and promptly.

- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full WA drivers’ licence is essential
- ** Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive technician is highly regarded**
