As Fraud Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our platform, driving proactive fraud and scam detection and prevention strategies. This is your opportunity to make an impact, help develop our Fraud Team and ensure Swyftx remains a secure space for our ever-growing community.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading efforts to prevent and detect fraud and scams across the Swyftx platform, protecting our customers and company from risk.
- Developing and implementing advanced systems to identify and resolve fraud and scam vulnerabilities.
- Investigating fraud and scam cases, taking decisive action to mitigate losses, and supporting recovery efforts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align fraud and scam prevention goals with broader business objectives.
- Analyzing fraud and scam trends and data to drive innovations in detection and prevention strategies.
- Mentoring and coaching a high-performing fraud team, fostering their development and driving a culture of excellence, security, and trust.

**To ensure success in this role, you should possess**:

- Extensive experience in financial fraud and scam prevention and detection, with a deep understanding of global trends and fraud indicators.
- Strong analytical skills to implement innovative and effective fraud and scam prevention measures.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring customer-focused teams.
- A strategic mindset with a commercial focus, strong integrity, and excellent time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and people management abilities.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge is a plus, but not required—come ready to learn and innovate
