**Who We Are?**

**Community Solutions**is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen qualification.

**The Traineeship**

Based in Cannon Hill this 12-month full time Business Traineeship sits within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team under the Finance and Infrastructure division performing administration support. A fantastic opportunity to learn from the ground up

**Some tasks will include**:

- Data Entry
- Assist in providing support to obtain quotes from vendors to ensure best value
- Maintaining security of software and equipment
- Record Control - working through Service Now PO Requests received by ICT
- Creation of Purchase Orders when quotes are received & processing through DAX
- Filing, scanning and documentation control
- Management of the IS accounts shared mailbox. This mailbox receives all communications from managed suppliers/vendors including all invoices and correspondence
- Internal customer service and liaise with other departments within Endeavour
- Understand the importance of client privacy
- Updating the Financial Year budgets actuals to an invoice being processed. This helped us with forecasting of budget & to keep track of spend every month

**What will you bring to the role?**

Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for:

- Higher School Certificate or similar qualification
- Strong attention to detail
- High work ethic and professionally presented
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong people skills and a customer focus/service background
- Reliable, punctual and have a good attendance record
- Provide two references
- A Blue Card and NDIS card (or are willing to obtain)
