**The Role**

Community Solutions are currently seeking individuals who share our company values and have a passion to enter the Business Industry. Based in Cannon Hill, this 12-month Business Administration Traineeship will be within the Risk and Safety team performing administration support.

**Typical Duties**:

- Data Entry & working with different computer systems
- Assist in day to day administration support
- Record Control
- Filing, scanning and documentation control

**The Team**

The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. An organisation where people are working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.

With over 5,000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria, the Endeavour Foundation offers choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation.

This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business

**What will you bring to the role?**

Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for:

- An aspiration to work in business
- An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well
- Someone who wants to learn skills around record management, archiving and managing privacy requests
- Understand the importance of client privacy
- Ability to work full time - Monday to Friday
- Pass a Police Check
- Hold a Blue Card and Yellow card - or happy to obtain
- Provide two references

**Community Solutions **is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.

Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021.
