- **Hourly rate $34.50 per hour **plus superannuation

**About the role**

The Assistant Services Officer acts as a client liaison coordinating site operations during programs and events to a diverse range of clients all while providing a level of customer service.

The Assistant Services Officer may perform other on-site activities during events; this could include operational support, assisting with traffic flow and parking, distributing resources, setting up and packing up of event related equipment and safely operating equipment as required.

**About you**
- Ability to assist Catering Officers in the kitchen, including operating commercial dishwasher, and operating the bar when required.
- Experience undertaking basic administration-based tasks, including operating a point of sale, stock inventory and ordering of items.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and effective communication with clients to understand and respond to their needs
- Willingness to work on a rostered basis (hours generally range between 7am to 3.00pm or 11am to 7:00pm) and may include some weekend work.
