**Your New Opportunity**:
We are seeking a **Service Advisor** to fill an exciting **full time**, **permanent** opportunity at our **Altona North **Branch**. In your new role you will be the key liaison between our customers and the workshop to ensure successful delivery of heavy vehicles back to our customers following scheduled repairs and service.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a customer centric organisation and enjoy working in a busy and diverse environment
- Have outstanding customer service abilities, with a commitment to delivery and well-developed problem-solving skills
- You are self-motivated, well organised and enjoy being part of a team
- Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel).
- Previous experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded
