**THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are delighted to be working with a well-established boutique financial services firm to recruit a Marketing Assistant who will work closely alongside an amazing female Marketing Manager

Our client has built a strong reputation in their industry with over 20 years experience in their field. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join a collaborative, energetic and innovative team of 25 to contribute to the growth and success of their business. This is a company that is truly passionate about creating a fantastic workplace culture, putting their people at the forefront of everything they do

**THE ROLE**

They are also involved in a number of events throughout the year as part of their marketing strategy. Assistance with the coordination of the events is also a vital part of the role

This role will suit someone with marketing experience that has exposure to, and really enjoys events coordination. They are looking for someone with a positive attitude to be a fantastic addition to their young and friendly team culture

**DUTIES**
- Champion marketing programs, expertly coordinating and managing them to meet deadlines
- Foster strong relationships with existing service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration with partners
- Organize and execute promotional events and digital campaigns, driving brand visibility and engagement
- Facilitate on and offsite meetings and team functions, overseeing catering arrangements
- Coordinate innovative merchandise to elevate the brand image
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager, contributing to their effectiveness and success

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Marketing experience and knowledge of marketing principles required.
- Event coordination experience would be a plus
- A creative flair with a passion to learn and develop your existing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
