**About the role**

**The responsibilities**
Reporting into the Data Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Take responsibility for cross analysing data to identify any variations and potential revenue leakage points.
- Be responsible for reconciliation, validation, and correction of all data through analytics to ensure no revenue leakage occurs
- Ensure all maintenance and continuous improvement of KPIs relating to all areas of invoicing and revenue raising
- Be customer service driven in all aspects of the role
- Identify and drive implementation changes to increase process efficiencies and improvements, including scoping documents for system development
- Involvement in change management and systems upgrades

**The successful applicant will have**
- Experience in a similar revenue/billings/data analyst position
- Experience working in shipping and/or logistics industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Be process improvement driven
