**Job Description: Maintenance Planning Office**

If you are an engineer looking for a career growth opportunity in the civil/ asset management & maintenance space this is the opportunity for you. It is a temp contract in QLD local government space that runs through until the end of the year with long term opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on asset maintenance programs for roads and drainage.
- Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support for cyclic maintenance.
- Address inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor compliance and utilize software for daily tasks.
- Contribute to budget planning and asset registers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of road maintenance principles.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Relevant qualifications preferred.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- General Safety Induction Card (White Card).
- Current 'C' Class driver's license.
