Join JLL as our Head of Finance & Client Relations. You’ll be an integral member of our Property & Asset Management team supporting a high-profile, premium portfolio (office & industrial) for a respected and renowned client.
The role reports into our Account Director, you will drive exceptional service delivery, maximise client satisfaction and optimise portfolio performance.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Develop and oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the client
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders
Oversee portfolio operations, ensuring efficient and effective management across all properties
Orchestrate seamless collaboration among property management, facilities management and leasing teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team
Work closely with the client to understand and meet their requirements
Drive automation, leveraging the latest technology
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and industry regulations
Proven experience as a finance leader in the commercial real estate industry specifically managing office and industrial property portfolios
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MRI Investment Management, MRI PMX, Excel and PowerBI
